Terms&Conditions

  1.  The terms and conditions of the registration process of the AGM, are prescribed by the OC, which reserves the right to cancel the participant's registration if the conditions aren’t met.
  2. The payment of the fee formalizes the registration for the event and grants access to all the scheduled activities in the terms posted on the website www.agmgranada2012.org and communicated by email.
  3. The amount of the fee is one hundred eighty Euros #€180#, the bank account provided will have to be credited with the full amount by the participant. Any commissions or expenses arising from the bank transfer would have to be paid by the participant.  Insofar as the full amount is not received, the OC reserves the right to demand the payment of the amount remaining to meet the full sum. The refusal to make such payment shall be interpreted as a voluntary desertion of participation in the event and relinquishment of the payment refund.
  4. The deadline for the cancelation of a participant is the 21st of February 2012. From that moment, any refund would be forfeit.
  5. The deadline for changing the participant's details is the 21st of February 2012. Hereafter the validly registered person will be considered the only authorized participant, and the use of the place by another person will not be allowed. Non-attendance to the event would imply the relinquishment of the payment refund.
  6. The OC reserves the right of expulsion of the event to any participant whose conduct is notoriously irresponsible, disrespectful and reprehensible. In the event of expulsion, the participant will lose the right to participate in the activities as well as the right of a payment refund.
  7. The participant is responsible for his/her behavior; the OC wouldn’t, in any case, be responsible for any loss or damage, material or personal, caused by the participant, regardless of its intentional or unintentional nature.
  8. Participants are responsible for their own belongings; the OC wouldn’t, in any case, be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any personal property of the participants.
